The co-founders of Gallman Development Group, both independently and in partnership with others, have converted and redeveloped several notable projects in downtown Atlanta, Covington, Columbus and Athens, Georgia. These projects consist of over 650 units and $200 million worth of product. Approximately half of this volume was new construction.


1983 – Castleberry Square Lofts – 1st mixed-use loft development in Atlanta.
1994 – Historic Kingan & Co. building – 14 rental lofts, converted to condos in 1998.
1996 – Historic Troy-Peerless Laundry building – 56 rental lofts, converted to condos is 2008.
1997 – Historic Whitehall Mill – 56 rental lofts, converted to condos in 2007
1997 – 330 Peters Street – 16 condo lofts, 1st converted historic building project in Atlanta.
1998 – Historic Swift & Co. building – 31 rental lofts, converted to condos in 2005.
1999 – West Lumber Lofts – 15 condo lofts.
2000 – Glen Iris Phase 1 & 2 – 80 condo lofts, downtown Atlanta’s 1st new loft condo project.
2001 – Castleberry Row – 11 townhouses.
2001 – A&P Lofts – 60 rental lofts, converted to condo in 2006.
2002 – Flowers Building – 18 rental lofts, mixed-use, converted to condo in 2004.
2004 – Lofts on the Square – 12 condo lofts, mixed-use.
2005 – 322 Peters Street – 6 townhouses, mixed-use.
2005 – Ponce Springs – 112 condo lofts, mixed-use.
2007 – Fair & Walker – 42 condos lofts & townhouses, mixed-use.
2008 – Castleberry Point – 112 condo lofts, mixed-use.
